This role will give you the scope to work across all business areas within the bank, and create significant impact on the customer market and change the way things are done.


As the Innovation Partner you will ensure that key milestones, risks, and dependencies are well understood, both within the core project teams and internally within Customer and Innovation, making sure the customer is considered along every step of a project's journey.


You will take ownership of and responsibility for the delivery of key innovation initiatives to support customer and business change, surfacing insights through customer research to support and shape the digital experience for our customers.


The difference you'll make:


  • Leading ideation, discovery, and other key workshops, utilising the innovation framework to understand the customer need and/or customer problem
  • Taking an iterative customer led approach when designing new Propositions with ongoing experimentation, capturing learnings/insights and documenting
  • Identifying and gain sponsorship support for new/alternative revenue streams including the development of new bank partnerships to help solve new or unmet customer needs
  • Working across multiple stakeholder teams including business, compliance and technology ensuring alignment and providing a collaborative platform to deliver projects
  • Working across both business and technical workstreams to drive integration of systems and business processes required to support the digital change and operational readiness
  • Championing new ways of working, encouraging fast/ speedy delivery using agile/lean or other new methods

What you'll bring:


  • Proven experience in delivering 'breakthrough' customer facing projects/pilots in a fast moving diverse environment
  • Core project management fundamentals with an understanding and experience in working with Agile/ Lean methodologies

It would also be nice for you to have:

  • Ability to interpret information both business and technical to identify key action points for prioritisation, issues, and decisions
  • Able to strike a balance between speed and quality
  • Strong communication/influencing skills with strong stakeholder management
  • Agile/ lean project management qualifications would be highly regarded

This role is based in Milton Keynes and our current expectation is at least 2 days in an office every week.

  • Eligible for a discretionary performancerelated annual bonus
