We're hiring a dedicated and empathetic Team Leader for our exceptional Children's care home in Gloucester. Starting salary of £13.45/hour, potentially increasing to *£16.15/hour with sleep-ins (£40 each, 1-2 per week) and mentorship scheme.Qualifications
