We are looking for motivated, passionate individual to help lead CYP participation and digital development with us. Specialist Inclusion Lead is an integral part of our friendly and innovative Partnership team.

This role will have a specific strategic focus; ensuring that children and young people will be involved at all levels of our healthcare system, from shaping care they might receive in hospital or in their local community all the way through to inputting into planning and strategic change.

Specialist Inclusion Lead - Children and Young People/ Digital role is essential to ensure mental health promotion and prevention are at the core of our support offer for children and young people (CYPS) within Gloucestershire.

The post-holder will provide children and young people within Gloucestershire the ability to make positive changes for themselves, their peers and any potential future children and young people accessing mental health support and wider CYPS services.

The post holder will be line managed by the Service Development manager (countywide).

The role will also enable children and young people's voices to be heard through a participatory model, facilitating forums, to feel listened to and empowered, opening the channels of communication between young people and professionals.

Be responsible for the development and implementation of a participation strategy across CYPS and embed service user involvement and participation throughout the service, in line with national initiatives.
