We are currently recruiting a HR Manager for a leading manufacturing company in Aberdeenshire.


Client Details
The family business you'll be working for has over 50 years of experience withing manufacturing industry.


Description

Main duties include:

  • Lead, manage and develop a fastpaced HR department across multiple sites.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key managers in order to coach and promote best practice.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant employment legalisation and roll out across the sites.
  • Manage the Group's HRspecific KPI's.
  • Manage each sites' absent and longterm sick staff alongside the relevant managers.
  • Manage all aspects of Employee Relations for example disciplinaries and grievances.
  • Assist with and develop the recruitment and onboarding process for staff of all levels.
  • Ensure compliance with GDPR.

Profile

  • CIPD qualified (or qualified by experience),
  • Strong people management and communication skills.
  • Stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with and support managers in a variety of peoplerelated issues.
  • Experience of improving operations, data analysis and developing new systems.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office
  • Great organisation skills,
  • Ability to manage a busy workload.
