Minor Works Surveyor


Low Carbon Exchange are looking for a Minor Works Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding renewable energy company in a varied role, with experience in the renewable sector and M&E preferred.


This well-established company specialise in the design, installation, and maintenance of renewable energy systems such as heat pumps and solar PV.


The Role:


  • Manage the installation of renewable energy projects reporting to department manager
  • Onsite surveys to be undertaken away from the office.
  • Ensure projects are running on time, to budget, to client specification and to company standards.
  • Responsible for preproject costing, ordering, and scheduling equipment, adhering to company standards.

The Person:


  • Experienced in managing projects within the construction, M&E or renewable market
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work as part of a team or on own
  • IT literate
  • Full UK Driving License

Working hours: 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday


Salary:
circa £40,000 p.a. depending on experience and skill set


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Up to £40,000.00 per year
