Description
We are looking to recruit a experienced Order Processing and Customer Service Advisor to work on a permanent basis for our prestigious client, located in the Sheepbridge area of Chesterfield.
This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a salary of £22,000Hours of work will be full time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work
Monday to Thursday - 08:45am
- 17:00pm
JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
- Processing customer sales/purchase orders using SAP
- Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries/queries promptly and effectively
- Responsible for generating invoices
- Managing customer expected delivery dates by providing weekly chase reports to suppliers
- Support/provide information to the sales team accurately
- Develop/maintain relationships with both new/existing customers/suppliers
Essential Skills Required:
- Must have previous admin/customer service experience
- Professional telephone manner
- Computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player, but able to work on own initiative
