Description

We are looking to recruit a experienced Order Processing and Customer Service Advisor to work on a permanent basis for our prestigious client, located in the Sheepbridge area of Chesterfield.

This is a fantastic permanent opportunity with a salary of £22,000
Hours of work will be full time, Monday to Friday with no weekend work

Monday to Thursday - 08:45am

  • 17:00pm
Friday 08:30am - 16:30pm

JOB DESCRIPTION - CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR

  • Processing customer sales/purchase orders using SAP
  • Answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries/queries promptly and effectively
  • Responsible for generating invoices
  • Managing customer expected delivery dates by providing weekly chase reports to suppliers
  • Support/provide information to the sales team accurately
  • Develop/maintain relationships with both new/existing customers/suppliers

Essential Skills Required:

  • Must have previous admin/customer service experience
  • Professional telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Team player, but able to work on own initiative
