Customer Service Advisor

£21,000

Permanent - full time

Crawley - 100% office based

Do you pride yourself on delivering effective customer service?


Working within a reputable and growing organisation based in their bright, modern offices in Crawley, this role will see you being responsible for being the first point of contact and dealing with a variety of calls from customers and healthcare professionals.


Your patient and empathetic nature, well developed communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders will enable you to excel in this role.

Full training will be given.

The hours work on a two-week rota:

Week 1:
Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Fri - 10am to 6pm

Week 2:
Mon, Tues, Weds, Thurs, Sat - 10am to 6pm


In addition to working within a friendly team, you will also be entitled to 33 days holiday (includes Bank Holidays), matched contribution pension scheme, free on-site parking and employee assistance programme.
