Overtime paid at:
Time & third Monday to Friday

Time & half Saturday

Double time Sunday

Hours: 06:00 - 14:00/14:00 -22:00 Monday to Thursday rotating

Early finish Friday

Permanent position working for a UKleading manufacturer within the Marine, MOD,Motorsport, Aerospace, Rail Oil and Gas sector.

A CNC Programmer is required with knowledge of online programming and setting of Doosan Mynx 9500 Vertical Machining centres equipped with Fanuc controls.

Working as part of a small team running small batches of high-quality components with a responsibilityto continually improve processes, tooling and fixtures.

Due to ongoing CNC expansion this client based in Cradley Heath requires a dynamic, leading CNC miller programmer/setter on a permanent basis.

As a CNC programmer, you will be required to:

Program, set and operate Doosan Mynx 9500 Vertical milling Machining centres
Machine large sized parts on a 2500mm x 950mm bed CNC milling machine
Use Fanuc controls to online programme and edit the Doosan CNC milling machines
Tool changes
First offs
First off inspections
Using Verners, Gauges, Micrometres and manual CMMs
Producing setup documents
Working with low volume high value parts
Working with large parts
Low batch work so ability to work with short leads times
Reading GD&T drawings

The CNC Programmer/Setter should have the following skills or experience:

CNC programming and editing offline using fanuc
CNC programming, setting and operating Doosan Mynx 9500 machines
CNC milling of large sized parts
Online programming/Editing using siemens controls
Low volume batch work with high value parts
Worked to tight tolerances
CMM and manual measuring would be advantageous
