Description
Serving customers in a wide range of transactions providing a high level of customer service at all times.

Assisting in the efficient and accurate running of the Post Office.

Responsible for security and accuracy of stock and transactions on a daily and weekly basis, aiming to achieve a £0.00 weekly balance.


Responsibilities

  • Key holding
  • Cash handling
  • Handling customer queries and providing assistance when necessary
  • Banking shop lodgments
  • Balancing the office daily and weekly
  • Staying up to date with new launches and products
  • Providing a positive impression of the company to our customers
  • To assist in the overall running of the business wherever possible

Educational qualifications
High numeracy and literacy skills

Applicants must be 18 years old and over.


Skills and Experience
Cash handling. Customer service. Teamwork

Experience is preferred but not


Other relevant information
A degree of flexibility is required in the following areas

  • Hours extra may be required as the needs of the business dictates

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 12-16 per week

From £10.00 per hour
