Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic new member of the Student Experience team who can offer exemplary customer service to our students, staff and clinicians and who has an excellent team work ethic.

You will be a key member of the School's Student Experience team based within the School MBChB Office, with specific responsibility for providing support for staff and students in the School as well as help and guidance to any external queries received to the School.

You will report to the Assessment Team Leader, within the Student Experience Team, all of whom are engaged and involved in supporting the learning and teaching interests of the School.


The School of Medicine confers the Degrees of Bachelor of Medicine (MB) and Bachelor of Surgery (ChB) on students who have successfully completed either the five-year programme (A100), or the four-year Graduate Entry programme (A101).

Liverpool runs an integrated medical undergraduate curriculum, major features of which are its emphasis on community-based learning and Clinical and Communication Skills teaching.

Clinical placements for undergraduate students are spread widely throughout the North West and beyond, both in hospitals and in the community.

The MBChB is both an academically challenging and rewarding programme and the School¿s strong administrative team is responsible for providing an exemplary level of customer service to students, staff and clinicians, to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the School.

You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language.
