Description

Must have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks

Duties/responsibilities:


  • Recording financial transactions
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable
  • Assist with profit and loss statements and balance sheets
  • Maintaining company ledgers
  • Handling supplier invoices by recording and approving or denying the payments
  • Complying with regulation requirements as they pertain to the company's operations and financial activities
  • Providing administrative & clerical support as needed

Requirements:


  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Good communication skills & attention to detail
  • Able to work as part of a team.
  • Professional experience with Quickbooks & Excel
  • Analysing data & data Entry Skills
  • Confidentiality
  • Experience & knowledge of finance duties/responsibilities (2+ year)
  • Finance qualification (AAT, degree or equivalent)
You must have eligibility to work in the UK.


Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
From £16.00 per hour
