Must have a strong knowledge of QuickBooks
Duties/responsibilities:
- Recording financial transactions
- Handling accounts payable and receivable
- Assist with profit and loss statements and balance sheets
- Maintaining company ledgers
- Handling supplier invoices by recording and approving or denying the payments
- Complying with regulation requirements as they pertain to the company's operations and financial activities
- Providing administrative & clerical support as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Good communication skills & attention to detail
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Professional experience with Quickbooks & Excel
- Analysing data & data Entry Skills
- Confidentiality
- Experience & knowledge of finance duties/responsibilities (2+ year)
- Finance qualification (AAT, degree or equivalent)
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary:
From £16.00 per hour
