Lambrooks Construction is a boutique design and build firm based in southwest London.

Honesty and integrity are at the heart of our business and we are looking for an energetic, adaptable and experienced Executive Assistant/Office Assistant with those shared values to support the founding Director of the company.

You will be working closely with the founder of Lambrooks and will play a key role in facilitating the growth of the company.


Responsibilities:


  • Providing highlevel administrative support to the Director.
  • Coordinating and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas
  • Assisting with project management and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Managing and maintaining company files, documents, and databases.
  • Bookkeeping and invoicing.
  • Conducting research and providing recommendations to the Director.
  • Assisting the Office Manager on occasion.

Requirements:


  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong numeracy skills.
  • Ability to use initiative and problemsolve.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in a similar role is not a prerequisite but you must be able to demonstrate an eagerness to learn.

Salary:
£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
