£50,000 to £55,000 Basic salary Plus Bens

Our client an innovative business has a history spanning over for over 80 years and has taken the industry by a storm with their products.

To support their growth, they are searching for a Marketing Manager to join the team. If you're ready to get stuck-inwith a diverse Marketing role, this could be the next opportunity for you.


What we are looking for:


  • Minimum 5 years experience as a marketing manager ideally in a product related sector.
  • Marketing degree or related.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, paid advertising, Google Ads (previously AdWords) & Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Knowledge of SEO optimisation
  • Commercially astute, defining and monitoring measures of commercial success and responding to market trends.
  • An analytical brain understanding statistical information is a key element of this role and the person will be expected to report and deliver departmental reports, finding answers in the data on a monthly / weekly basis
  • Practical handson approach to working.
  • Experience in challenging the norm and being a role model for marketing excellence.

Main Duties

  • Develop and implement Marketing Strategies on behalf of the 4 revenue generating areas of the business.
  • Take ownership of brand management and corporate identity
  • Create and manage marketing campaigns aligned to wider sales activities.
  • Create Content all marketing related collateral (online and offline).
  • Using analytical insight, identify ways in which customer experience can be improved.
  • Manage the planning and implementation of promotional campaigns and lead generation.
  • Ensure all marketing activities are carried out within the requirements of GDPR Regulations.
  • Be the marketing and customer voice within the business which will involve working collaboratively with other teams within the business
  • Continue to develop internal communication initiatives including but not limited to; employee engagement and employee retention.
  • Manage external supplier / stakeholder relationships, such as 3rd party agencies to ensure the successful and cost
- effective provision of services and marketing objectives.

  • To record and report key performance information as deemed necessary or requested.
  • Work with all other Departments of the Company to maximise harmony in working relationships and practices;
  • Always seek to increase knowledge about the business the Company carries out.
  • To attend and actively participate in any training, on site or off as reasonably requested by the company.
  • Carry out any other duties which the Company feels you are capable, e.g. supporting other staff positions either day to day or in holiday/absence situations;
