To work as part of the care team to meet the needs of our residents in such a way that shows respect, upholds the dignity of the individual and promotes independence.

Be reliable, trustworthy, honest and committed

Be able to work as part of a team
Be a good communicator
Have experience of working in a care home.

We place great emphasis on the importance of training. We offer, e-learning opportunities, as well as in-house training opportunities.

Rate of Pay £10.90 per hour, we offer a £500.00 signing on bonus, after successful completion of your probationary period.

We also offer a £150.00 refer a friend bonus which is unlimited, conditions apply. There is opportunity to pick up overtime shifts to cover annual leave and sickness.
