Accounts Semi Senior - Chartered Accountancy Firm - Leeds


Crowe Watson Recruitment is delighted to partner with a prestigious firm of Chartered Accountants in Leeds in their search for a dedicated and skilled Accounts Semi Senior.

As an Accounts Semi Senior, you will be immersed in a variety of accounting tasks, from preparing financial statements to assisting with tax computations.

You'll have the chance to showcase your technical skills while working closely with senior staff to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.

This role is ideal for those who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to expand their expertise in accountancy.


Responsibilities:


  • Preparation of yearend accounts for a diverse range of clients.
  • Assisting with tax computations and returns.
  • Engaging in bookkeeping and monthly management accounts.
  • Liaising with clients to resolve queries and provide financial advice.
  • Working closely with senior accountants on audit and compliance matters.
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.

Requirements:


  • AAT qualified or ACCA/ACA partqualified (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • A solid understanding of UK GAAP and financial regulations.
