We are looking for graduates who are ambitious, organised, good join a growing fintech company, on a mission to disrupt the financial services industry.

This firm have built innovative tech and platform-based products so can offer bespoke and imaginative insurance and financial services products to clients.

The Role
We are looking for Graduates to complete a one-year training program. Divided into four three-month rotations. Each rotation will help you acquire knowledge of various parts of the business & the financial technology industry.


The program will provide amazing experience for recent graduates who are interested in pursuing a financial technology career and wish to work in a dynamic client-facing role.

The company will work with you to determine your strengths and match them to the departments of their business. Regular feedback and support from your mentor & line managers will help you reach your professional and personal potential.

What you'll be doing

  • Process client KYC files for new client onboarding and existing client reviews.
  • Escalate and report any potential financial crime or sanctions risks to the relevant channels.
  • Investigate and document client ownership structures and ultimate beneficial owners.
  • Prepare management information reports for bank committees.
  • Supporting Account Executives, Accounts Department, and Compliance as needed on behalf of our clients.
  • Updating file audits, maintaining a library for wordings, and creating templates for Slips, Policies, claims, etc., to process through the Insurance Market.
  • Processing and maintaining all client records for both premium and claims.
  • Producing necessary documents for clients/insurers using IBS or external systems related to insurance business
  • Dealing with incoming enquiries from clients, insurers and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.

  • Salary: £2432k (dependent on experience).

Salary:
£24,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
