We are currently recruiting for Food and Beverage Back of House Supervisor for our iconic The May Fair Hotel located in Central London.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join The May Fair Hotel as a Food and Beverage Back Of House Supervisor. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the back of house operation, alongside the back of house manager.
Collating all cutlery and crockery stock takes and highlighting any concerns to the units to action must certify that all goods are checked and received.
The role of back of house supervisor will assist the training, coaching and development of the food and beverage stewards ensuring feedback to measure training effectiveness.
Maintaining food health and hygiene standards.

About You:

Current Back of House supervisory experience in a similar hotel or environment.
Displays a working knowledge of the Hotel in order to assist internal & external clients.
Demonstrates ability to proactively priorities business needs, drive and support the back of house operations teams.
To be up to date with current health and safety procedures in food and beverage.
