If you are a proven HR Advisor looking for the opportunity to work for a market leader that truly values its staff then read on.
The Role:
Day to day you will be responsible for the effective management of the HR processes as well as overseeing the employment journey.
As with all roles under the greater HR banner relationships are key and you will build lasting ones with the internal and external customers that you service.
You will become the go to person for all generalist HR queries, so thinking on your feet and providing the high-quality service that is expected.
What do you need to apply?
- Commercially aware
- Committed to CPD
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
- Degree or equivalent
- Chartered or Graduate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development or relevant qualification
- Planning/prioritising and timemanagement skills
