About The Role:

To contribute in achieving the highest standard of food production for the Stadium, while meeting customer expectations, health and safety requirements and financial targets.

Key Responsibilities:

To work with the Kitchen team to produce food for the restaurant and fast food outlets to a high standard;
To ensure orders are read and food prepared according to the time scales provided;
To prepare the fast food areas for service;
To serve food and drink orders in the fast food areas in a timely and professional manner;
To ensure cleaning rotas are adhered to throughout the food production;
To carry out any reasonable requests made by your line manager.

Health & Safety and Compliance Responsibilities:

To be aware and follow the Work Instruction Notices that are associated with this role and ensure that adequate training is completed in those areas;
Ensure that all equipment in the kitchen area is working safely and used following manufacturer's guidelines for operation, reporting any concerns to the Bar & Catering Manager.
