    # Freelance Learning Designer## Job Introduction
    Freelance Learning DesignerHere at BPP Education Group an opportunity has arisen for a diligent and experienced individual to join the team as a Freelance Learning Designer. You will be responsible for creating high-quality learning materials that drive performance and engagement across digital and blended formats.
    What you'll be doing We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Learning Designer to design engaging, impactful learning experiences. You'll work closely with subject matter experts, facilitators, and stakeholders to create high-quality learning materials that drive performance and engagement across digital and blended formats.

    As such, you will be responsible for:
    Key Responsibilities
    • Design and develop learning experiences (e-learning, virtual, and classroom) aligned with learning objectives and business goals.
    • Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, engaging, learner-centred content.
    • Use learning technologies and authoring tools e.g. Articulate 360, Rise to develop digital content.
    • Ensure learning solutions are inclusive, accessible, and grounded in instructional design best practice.
    • Make changes based on feedback from SME reviews, using templates provided
    • Creating webinar slides using PowerPoint
      What we're looking forTo be successful in this role you will need to have a proven track record in the following areas:Skills & Experience
    • Proven experience in learning design or instructional design.
    • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and digital learning trends.
    • Proficiency with learning design tools and LMS platforms.
    • Excellent communication, storytelling, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
