Full Time (basic hours are 9.00 a.m. to 17.30 p.m)

The Company:

With a customer base of over 20,000 customers, approximately £3 billion is processed across UTP's estate of credit card machines each year with many hundreds of new customers being added on a monthly basis.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

Uploading the arrears reports on system
Maintain notes within the system following all communication with clients to provide accurate record as to the status of invoices
Issuing settlement fee invoices
Allocating payments on system for UTP rental accounts
Banking cheques
Resolve queries both internally and externally around standing arrears
Process credit card payments
Liaising with customers regarding their lease agreement when required
Dealing with chargeback reports for the overdue arrears to minimise terminations and chargebacks to UTP
Supporting CRC collections limited when required

Will be able to evidence

More than 12 months credit control experience
Knowledge of Sage Line 50
Excellent attention to details and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Calm & confident telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure & to deadlines
Knowledge of Excel & Outlook
Excellent organisation skills
