We are seeking an experienced Senior M&E Manager / Technical Lead to oversee and manage all mechanical and electrical aspects of our projects within an acute healthcare facility.

Job Summary

This role will provide technical oversight, ensuring compliance with healthcare-specific regulations and standards while supporting the facilities management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight on all M&E aspects within the facility.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) to the Project Director, offering guidance and technical support.
• Manage and coordinate M&E project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high standards.
• Drive the successful completion of M&E projects while maintaining a strong focus on compliance with healthcare-specific systems and regulations.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication across all teams.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in M&E management, ideally within the healthcare sector.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in M&E design software and tools.
• Knowledge and experience with Health Technical Memorandum (HTM) and healthcare-specific systems.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CEng, MCIBSE) are highly desirable.
• Proven track record in working within acute healthcare facilities and understanding healthcare regulations and standards.

Estimated Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per annum
