Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and checkin patients
  • Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Manage and maintain office and clinic supplies inventory
  • Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Assist with organising and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
  • Send out patient reports in a timely manner
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
