Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and checkin patients
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Manage and maintain office and clinic supplies inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with organising and coordinating meetings, conferences, and events
- Send out patient reports in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Salary:
£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
