We are looking for a passionate individual with experience in online content management and an understanding of the luxury market to join our E-Commerce team within Central London.


Role:
E-Commerce Trading Assistant


Reports to:
E-Commerce Manager


Key Responsibilities:


  • Day to day management of the Bucherer UK website. Ensuring all relevant products are displayed correctly and inline with the Bucherer look and feel.
  • Updating and managing brand content across the site.
  • Coordinating with the Swiss team on the product production process and owning the merchandising of products.
  • Working with the eCommerce manager to improve website KPI's.
  • Working with eCommerce manager and external development agency on issue resolution and site maintenance as necessary.
  • Constantly suggesting site improvements based on eCommerce best practice and industry standards. Proposing site amends based on Ecommerce best practice.
  • Implementation of A/B testing across the site to ensure standards are always best in class.
  • Liaising with Buying & Merchandising and Web Experts teams to ensure all suggestions for site improvement are documented and executed based on business needs.
  • Other Ecommerce adhoc duties.
Skills & Requirements

  • Creative individual

  • Passionate, patient & enthusiastic
  • Excellent written and spoken English language
  • Demonstrable excel skills are preferable
  • Interest and experience working with luxury brands is preferable
  • Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong time keeping and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Excellent organisational skills
