Job Summary
This position sits within a specialist team responsible for delivering educational programmes to motorists who have chosen to attend a course instead of receiving formal prosecution.The role focuses on maintaining high standards across a large pool of trainers and ensuring that every participant receives a consistent, engaging, and compliant learning experience.
Working closely with the senior monitoring lead and the course administration team, you will oversee trainer performance, support quality assurance activity,

- Provide constructive feedback and coaching to maintain high delivery standards.
