BSN Holdings acquired Carbon Component Solutions in 2018 a company based in Silverstone, Northamptonshire who are an accredited and award-winning manufacturer of carbon products, with extensive experience in tooling, component material selection, metallic component supply, rapid composite prototyping, final assembly and low volume manufacturing can be applied to all complementary sectors, including automotive, motorsport, security, renewables, defence & aerospace.
In 2021 BSN Holdings enhanced its portfolio by the acquisition of Arnold Engineering Plastics and Freestyle Sign & Graphics Ltd.
Arnold Engineering Plastics Ltd established in 1972 is a modern engineering company based at Moulton Park, Northampton. A leading component provider offering solutions to Formula 1, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceucal, Aerospace, Prison & Police Authorities. Services include CNC machining, Plastic fabrication & Vacuum forming.
Freestyle Sign & Graphics Ltd are design lead manufacturer of all types of signage both interior and exterior. This includes Vehicle graphics, Vehicle wrapping & Shop fitting from concept to completion.
Type of position - Full Time/Part Time hrs over 5 days a week)

The role Purchase Ledger
- Matching all supplier invoices to the Purchase Orders, to ensure that they reflect the correct stock and price information
- Matching invoices to Goods Received information, via reports or directly to the Mietrak/Progress System
- Entering matched invoices onto Sage, either manually or via Mietrak/Progress System
- Reconciling any supplier statements received to the information held on Sage
- Flag any discrepancies to the appropriate persons within the business
- To prepare, and action the supplier payment run in line with supplier payment due dates
- Identify any invoices that contain items that require recharge within the Group
- Reconciliation and posting of company Credit Card transactions
Bank Clerk
- Print the bank statement for all companies within the Group daily
- Reconciled Sage to bank statement daily
- Notify the business daily of any payments received relating to Proforma Invoices issued
- Process of all banking related entries onto the Sage Software
- To action any group intercompany transfers as required
- To action any group Credit Card payments on the Merchant system, ensuring the monies are transferred to the correct business on receipt
- To produce the weekly cash snapshot reporting for businesses
Other
- To offer cover to the Sales Ledger clerk when necessary
- To complete any ad hoc dues as required
- To assist with annual audit
- Processing employee expenses
- Monitoring and replenishment of office stationery supplies
