You will be a talented IT Technical Engineer and will join a professional team of IT specialists, providing Microsoft cloud, server and desktopinstallation and support.
Please note that Coleshill is a small town outside of Birmingham with a train station and is on a bus route.
However, it is preferable that you have your own vehicle.What can you expect in return?

- Proven IT experience
- Microsoft Hyper-V deployment, creation and administration of virtual machines
- Active Directory and Group Policy (AD) Migration, synchronisation, replication and deployment
- Remote Desktop Services/Terminal Server (trouble shooting and deployment)
- Microsoft 365 configuration, setup and migration of services to the Microsoft 365 platform
- Microsoft 365 PC / Azure Virtual Desktop / Windows Virtual Desktop deployment and administration
- Microsoft EM&S / Intune and Microsoft Azure virtual machines and associated infrastructure deployment and administration
- LAN & WANs, TCP/IP, DHCP, Wi-Fi, DNS, VPN, switching, routing
- Familiar with backup regime configuration, Antivirus deployment
- Application support (liaise between the client and vendor)
- Keep clients fully informed of progress at every stage for project or ticket based work with quality service
- Technical ownership of ticket delivery
- Create technical documentation to enhance and improve knowledgebase
- Participate in the outofhours support and onsite support in a rota
- Own and manage assigned escalation tickets from the service desk
- Conduct work on site where appropriate to do, travelling to clients premises
- Assist with presales and technical business reviews
