Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:15 pm


Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accounts Assistant to join our team.

As a Senior Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in our day to day running of the accounts department and supporting the finance manager.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage the daytoday activities of the accounts department, including but not limited to the purchase ledger, sales ledger, and credit control.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records
  • Prepare supplier payments for authorization
  • Handle stock invoicing efficiently and accurately
  • Provide assistance to the sales team as needed.
  • Perform monthend duties
  • Support with yearend closing procedures
  • General administrative tasks to support the finance department's overall functions.

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Ability to work well within a team environment while also capable of taking initiative independently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Motivated and proactive attitude towards work.
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous.
