What you'll be doing:

You will undertake a range of specialist administrative duties that are specific to a department and is expected to work professionally and efficiently, liaising with internal and external stakeholders


This will include:

  • B&T Weekly Slide Pack Coordination
  • Scribing B&T DSUM and prompting prepopulation
  • Writing up problem solving sessions and producing adhoc slides in Powerpoint
  • Logging, chasing & updating actions in Jira from various meetings
  • Coordinate workshops & team away days (meeting rooms, inputs etc)

Your skills and experiences:


Essential:


  • Developed administrative skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office software
  • A good working knowledge of relevant Company IT Systems
  • Experience of using digital communication mediums
  • Good problemsolving skills

Desirable:


  • Knowledge of Jira

The Technical Coordinator team:As part of the Technical Coordinator team you will be working within an integrated team across several functions, on the new SSNA submarine programme. Leading the department through the collation of key documents with reference to several work streams including, but not limited to, the Class plan, the Build and Test daily meetings and the Infrastructure daily meetings.
