6+ years experience in business development / sales / sales-engineering / consulting (top-tier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and e-commerce sectors.
- 3+ years experience successfully leading and developing teams of direct and indirect reports

- Experience leading business analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation at scale.
- Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams across businessdevelopment, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.
Amazon Marketplace is a large and fast growing business where millions of customers transact with hundreds of thousands of Selling Partners, ranging from individuals to large retailers.
We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to lead the FBA Small and Light Program in the UK.
In this role, you will work with Sales, Business, Product and Ops teams and be responsible to 1) define and deliver on the FBA recruitment goal in UK, 2) manage a team of 3 account managers and 3) own initiatives at EU level to improve the Selling Partner experience on Amazon.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading and developing a team of direct reports to recruit new Selling Partners and make them successful across Europe.
- Collaborating with Program Management and Operations teams to improve FBA offering.
- Providing business updates to UK and EU senior leadership on FBA and IHM performance.
- Owning and sponsoring initiatives to improve Selling Partners experience on the Fulfilment by Amazon program.
- 3+ years experience in business development / sales / salesengineering / consulting (toptier firm), preferably in the technology, internet and ecommerce sectors.
- Excellent communication and analytic skills.
- Experience leading business analysis, process improvements, change management and data interpretation at scale.
- Proven ability to work with crossfunctional teams across businessdevelopment, marketing, operations, product development, legal teams, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to persuade, convince and explain complex concepts up to Director / VP level.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fastpaced, dynamic environment; bias for action.
- Thinking strategically and executing methodically.
- Proficiency in SQL.
