Hours of Work:35 hours per week**
Contract Fixed Term - 12 Month Maternity Cover

What you will be doing:

- maintaining various ICT systems relating to all regulatory & statutory obligations completing regular assurance checks using reports driven from the system to monitor gas servicing anniversary dates
- checking internal systems for engineers' availability and scheduling appointments for annual gas safety checks
- liaising with customers regarding gas safety checks, including booking appointments with our customers to ensure our properties are compliant.


What you need to have
- experience of providing a customer focussed service, resolving queries and potential complaints in a calm and professional manner.
- ability to plan and prioritise tasks to meet business and compliance needs
- good understanding of ICT software, including Microsoft Office and use of a Data Management Systems


Due to business needs you will be required to work from the office initially for training and ongoing collaborative working, with a view of working on an Agile basis and the expectation to work from the office a minimum of two days per week.
