Our client is looking for an experienced Administrator with typing and minute taking experience to join their busy team on a temporary/full time basis.
Essential:
- Excellent typing / computer skills
- Minute taking experience
- Previous administration experience
- Good communications
- Good telephone manner
- Highly organised
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Unit Manager in the preparing and typing of correspondence, reports, policies and other such documentation.
- Responding to a wide range of telephone enquiries from both internal and external sources, screening and transferring incoming calls to undertake reception duties during the absence of the receptionist.
- Updating reports, photocopying, monitoring sickness and holiday records keep staff contact and organisational charts up to date and other records as directed by the management staff.
- Maintain computer database for all staff records such as contact details, sickness and absence records.
- Coordinate and manage Unit administration staff rescheduling tasks when required to meet deadlines and changing daytoday priorities.
- To ensure all Petty Cash expenditure is logged onto petty cash spreadsheet on a daily basis
- Completing monthly rota's for the Drivers
- Making occasional accommodation and travel arrangements
