The Head Commercial Digitalisation will take responsibility for the delivery of marketing digitalisation line requirements as the business continues to expand.


Job Description:
**- Responsible for the delivery of marketing digitalization line requirements, management and risk control of the full life cycle of requirements.

  • Management and risk control of the full life cycle of requirements
  • Responsible for the establishment, optimization and implementation of marketing digitalization line related project management processes and tools, skilled use of project management expertise, continuous optimization and improvement of
- project execution process, responsible for the organization efficiency.

  • Responsible for the goal achievement and process management of the marketing digitalization line project, accumulated and formulated effective solutions to ensure that the project was launched on schedule according to the established plan.

Position Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree or above, 5 years or above working experience in
- manufacturing, automobile, Internet, 5 years or above project management practice.

  • Familiar with software project process management, agile project management.
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, excellent team spirit.
  • Strong ability of comprehensive analysis, communication, learning and document output.
  • Proficient in using project management tools.

Person Specification

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing methodology.
  • Demonstrable understanding of Program Finance, experience of this in a supplier context desired.
  • Experience of working in a similar role within the Automotive industry desired but not essential.
  • Strong presentation skills with ability to convey financial metrics to non
- financial persons.

  • Personable and able to build strong relationships across the business.
