Following a carve-out from a larger multi-national, a mid-market PE fund have recently acquired a SaaS business.

The company is large and profitable business and the fund plans to push it into a period of further, rapid growth.

The fund is looking for anexperienced interim CFO who can professionalise the finance function from scratch post carve-out. It is also essential that the finance team expands to cope with large-scale, rapid organic growth.


Role Responsibilities:


  • Creating the finance team from scratch, including setting up reporting, budgeting and board pack
  • Hiring to grow the finance team in alignment with the business
  • Partnering with the CEO and investors for future strategic business planning
