Senior Operations Manager - Contact Centre

Birmingham

Up to £55,000 plus bonus and great additional benefits

We are currently supporting a key client of ours with the recruitment of a Senior Operations Managerrole within the Customer Services function of their large contact centre.

This is an important role for our client, your official title will be Associate Director of Operations and you will lead a large team for one of their key BPO cleints.

If successful in this role, you will lead teams across both Inbound and Outbound channels.
It will be your responsibility to drive performance whilst ensuring cost-effective service quality.


Responsibilities:


  • Lead by example and motivate a large Customer Service function.
  • Develop a culture of working together, as a team to help achieve the best results
  • Deliver consistently high standards of service, ensuring quality and performance.
  • Create a culture of high performance, ensuring your colleagues are diligent and seek opportunities in every interaction.
  • Create targets that are deliverable and ensure colleagues not just deliver but aim to exceed their targets.
  • Handson role ensuring you instil trust by fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and engaging culture.


Our client is a large, multinational consultancy, they have partnerships with some of the largest and well-known brands in the UK.

They are known for their supportive and collaborative working environment, and this will be an important investment into theirsenior leadership team.

Ultimately our client is looking for someone to develop and improve their operations even further.
