Description
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in person
  • Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
  • Monitor and maintain service level agreements, ensuring targets are met
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues or escalate as necessary

Qualifications:


  • Excellent communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
