Description
We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our team. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients in person
- Upsell products or services to customers when applicable
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Monitor and maintain service level agreements, ensuring targets are met
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues or escalate as necessary
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Salary:
From £23,822.59 per year
