RCB Cleaning & Support Services are currently recruiting for an Operations Assistant

Working Hours:
Monday till Friday 8-4pm with 1 hour break, based at our office in Chesterton

  • Finding alternative cover for Absences and holidays
  • Answering Phone calls and passing on messages to the correct department
  • Updating Qtier system
  • Declining or authorising holiday request forms
  • Assisting with Payroll
  • Sending weekly work schedules out to staff
  • Communicating with customers
  • Assisting our on call team with out of hour calls (Extra Pay)
  • Admin work
There is a supplemental payment of an extra 50p per hour for full attendance.

Qualifications or Experience is not applicable as full training will be provided

We have an impressive portfolio of clients which includes retail and wholesale warehouses, distribution centres, schools, sterilisation plants and leisure complexes plus many other companies based within the manufacturing sector.

We also have our own range of cleaning products which means that whatever your site requirements are, we will always have the right cleaning product available to get the job done.
