An international, Tier 1 (Legal 500) law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Litigation Associate to join their market leading team in Manchester.

The Firm/ Team

  • This team advise on all property related disputes and contentious portfolio and asset management issues.
  • Advising owners, developers, investors, management companies, end users and others in the development process; the team is instructed on a wide range of matters from asset management of nationwide portfolios to high profile court cases, and are behind someof the worlds biggest names as they protect their real estate interests.
You will

  • Provide support on a wide variety of property dispute related issues
  • Have your own case load and be expected to form relationships with all clients
  • Be expected to get involved in marketing and business development activities
  • Be required to travel to Birmingham regularly for this role
