Contracts Administrator
We are working with a family run contractor to recruit a Contract Administrator.
Job Purpose
To support, administrate and coordinate the flow and storage of information of contracts.
Key Accountabilities
The main elements of the role are to:
- provide administrative support to assist and deliver projects on time and within budget;
- check all timesheets from subcontracts in preparation for invoicing;
- prepare monthly waste reports;
- assist the Directors with any ad-hoc duties.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- accuracy of processing
- meeting processing deadlines - ie project start dates
- maintaining effective communication with all departments

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
