Description
Looking Qualified Counsellor to join our team & Work in our Chester Clinic. Able to work with individuals, couples & ideally children.

Average 20-25 hours week (day & eve). £25 -£30 per hour. Ideally also qualified in CBT & can work with children & couples.

Minimum 2yrs qualified (preferably)

Responsibilities:


  • Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families & children
  • Assess clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Conduct therapy sessions using evidencebased techniques and modalities
  • Help clients identify and work through emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Skills:


  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Active listening and empathy
  • Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
  • Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
  • Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
  • Cultural sensitivity and awareness
  • Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
