Description

Looking Qualified Counsellor to join our team & Work in our Chester Clinic. Able to work with individuals, couples & ideally children.

Average 20-25 hours week (day & eve). £25 -£30 per hour. Ideally also qualified in CBT & can work with children & couples.

Minimum 2yrs qualified (preferably)

Responsibilities:

Provide counseling services to individuals, couples, families & children
Assess clients' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans
Conduct therapy sessions using evidencebased techniques and modalities
Help clients identify and work through emotional, behavioral, or mental health issues
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients
Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Skills:

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Active listening and empathy
Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
Knowledge of counseling theories and techniques
Strong problemsolving and critical thinking skills
Cultural sensitivity and awareness
Ability to maintain professional boundaries and ethical standards
