Contract:
Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8:15-16:30, Friday 8:15-16:00

You will play an integral part in the company's continued growth by supporting existing clients and generating and maximising new sales opportunities.

Whilst you will be predominantly office based there is also an opportunity to visit clients and attend tradeshows.

About the role:

  • Generating enquiries, providing estimates and producing quotations.
  • Developing a customer base and maintaining customer records
- liaison with customers, production control and order progression.

  • Undertaking sales order review procedures.
  • Canvassing / cold calling.
  • Market research and sourcing and purchasing of raw materials.
  • Creating of materials conversion paperwork.

About you:

  • You will have Excellent Communication skills.
  • Have a passion for offering exceptional customer service.
  • A proven track record in sales.
  • Efficient organisational and planning skills.
  • Fast learner who enjoys working to targets.
  • Educated to A-Level including Maths and English
  • Thorough understanding of marketing, selling, and negotiating techniques, including cold calling and canvassing.

  • Product knowledge of forgings, particularly experience in the closeddie industry and its markets.
