Reporting to the Second Charge Team Manager, your main responsibilities will be to:

Manage a portfolio of customers with a variety of inbound and outbound streams
To deliver exceptional sales performance against agreed KPIs
Demonstrate professionalism and exceptional customer service, to ensure the highest levels of performance are achieved in all aspects of the role
Establish customers' requirements by evaluating their current financial situation
Present the most appropriate options for the customer to choose from by providing the right advice.

What we need from you in terms of passion and expertise:

CeMAP 1 and willing to work towards being fully CeMAP qualified
Sales experience with a proven track record of hitting KPIs and targets within a fluid sales environment
Determined, passionate and resultsfocused
Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing across various audiences
Experience in a pressurised role working towards targets and deadlines.
