Senior Support Worker

Salary:
£24,978 - £25,910 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

(Maximum full time job rate potential is £27,105 per annum which is performance related).

About the role:


The main purpose of the role is to assist the management team to support, direct and utilise staff and resources on-shift in order to ensure that the home achieves its strategic aims.


This role plays a key part in maintaining relationships not only with the child or young person but also; parents or other family members, social workers, school staff and other relevant professionals.

The home strives to ensure that the highest quality of care is provided for our children and young people.

This means our staff are essential in ensuring their wellbeing needs are fully met, they feel safe and secure with us but also included in some of the decision making within the home.

Break operate services for vulnerable children and families and we need to ensure that we take steps to protect both them and our staff teams from the transmission of the Covid 19 virus.
