It's an exciting time to join the Marketing Team at AXA Global Healthcare.

As a Customer Marketing Executive you'll help our customers understand and make the most of their products, you'll look for ways to continually improve their experience and you'll champion the customer through change projects.

At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and the Tunbridge Wells office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.


What you'll be doing:

  • You'll create content and manage the delivery of a wide range of customer communications and documents looking for ways to add value and maximise conversion rates for clients and end members. This will include quotes, customer welcomes and renewals and other policy communications.
  • You'll support the implementation of product and regulatory changes, adapting customer communications and creating new ones when required. You'll continuously develop a good understanding of financial services regulations.
  • You'll work closely with colleagues from across the business to fully understand the customer lifecycle and provide communications expertise on projects.
  • You'll explore ways to improve the customer experience through effective communications using insights and knowledge to identify and recommend ways to improve customer journeys.
