Salary £20-£25,000 DOE

Based in Greater Manchester

My client is currently looking for an experienced Family Law Paralegal to work remotely for a Greater Manchester based law firm.

The Role Family Law Paralegal role will include:

Take instructions from the client.
Draft documents, letters, and court documentation while making use of the standard

documents provided as part of the case management system.

Negotiate with clients and other professionals to secure the agreed objectives.
Keep the client informed on the progress of their case.
Open and close files accurately and efficiently in line with firmwide processes.
Instruct Counsel and experts to provide advice and representation on the client's case.
Comply with all Court and tribunal deadlines.
Type statements for the head of the team using audio typing.
Record all time on the file, documenting work undertaken to justify the time spent.
Save all documents on the case management system, naming appropriately. Including all
Attract additional business from new and existing clients.
Participate in departmental and firm wide meetings.
Attend internal or external training as and when required.
