Description

We are recruiting for a Night Host for our client a luxury coastal hotel in Newquay to start immediately. This position is ongoing.

This position within the Front of House Team is crucial to delivering exceptional hospitality to their guests and assist in maintaining a safe, secure and clean environment.

Some previous experience in hospitality is preferred but not necessary as training will be provided.

Pay rate:

- £11.75 p/hour

Shift pattern:

4 days per week (can be flexible)
7pm 8am

Duties include:

Support the Night Team to provide a swift and effective checkin process for late arrivals, and early check outs adhering to standard operating procedures.
Fire safety duty
Overnight security, to ensure the hotel site is secure
Ensure all telephone calls as answered quickly and as efficiently as possible
Deal with inhouse guest requests
Cleaning and tidying within the hotel
