We are seeking
Spray Painters for our client, the UK's most advanced composites manufacturer, based in
Lisburn

Pay Rate:
£12.32 Per Hour + Holiday Pay

Hours Per Week: 37.5hrs

Working Hours:
Rotational 2 shift pattern

Morning shift Monday to Thursday 7am - 3pm, Friday 5.30am - 12pm

Evening shift Monday to Thursday 3pm - 11pm, Friday 12pm - 6.30pm

Job Type:
Full time, Temporary to Permanent position

Job Criteria:

Must be focused on safety.
Need to be a trade sprayer externally.
Have a spraying knowledge (High Quality standard i.e.).

Job Duties:

All activities associated with spray painting
Achieving required levels of quality and efficiency
Ensure Manufacturing Processes and safe working practices are adhered to during the process
Monitoring and reporting all aspect of process performance with any nonconformance being reported immediately to the Business Unit Manager, Flow Coordinator and/or Team Leader
Maintaining appropriate records required
The cleanliness of the working areas and equipment
Constructive contributions to the team so as to ensure continuous improvement
Minimising waste in terms of both raw materials and product rework
The scheduling of paint mixes to meet line requirements
