Robertson Bell is working with a fantastic organisation to recruit five Payroll Officer roles within a large and complex organisation.

Following a recent restructure, this newly created payroll function is led by a fantastic Head of Payroll who is passionateabout creating a successful and thriving payroll department.

The main responsibilities of the Payroll Officers include:

Enter and verify payroll data for compliance and accuracy.
Manage all payroll queries from staff members, responding quickly and finding resolutions to solve queries efficiently, escalating any high level queries to the supervisor where needed.
Ensure a highly professional customer service is provided to internal stakeholders.
A minimum of two years experience in administering payroll.
Able to manage multiple competing deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Brilliant customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
