Established since 2019, Spire Cleaning Services Ltd are specialists in commercial cleans, end of tenancy cleans, and builder cleans.

We are proud to support some of the key brands in the local area, as well as most of the major national house builders on their local sites.

We are looking to recruit an additional Construction Cleaner to cover a variety of cleans in Norwich and surrounding areas.

The cleans are a mixture of construction and welfare. We typically support new house and commercial new builds with 3 cleans prior to their handover.

This is a mobile position and your role will be to carry out a range of cleaning activities, in accordance with agreed specification showing good attention to detail.

Training will be provided and the costs of the cscs card certification will be covered.

Job objectives and responsibilities:

Builders Cleans and Sparkle Cleans
End of Tenancy Cleans
Oneoff deep cleans
Commercial cleans
Welfare Cleans (site)
Showhome cleans
Sales office cleaning

A valid driving license isn't necessarily required.

We will also provide you with CSCS training/qualification if you don't already have this.

Hours - 40hrs pw

Salary £ £12ph

Job Types:

Part-time hours: 35 per week

Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
