    What You'll Be Doing:


    As our Team Leader /Duty Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the pub. Here's what a typical day looks like:

    • Leading and Inspiring – You'll keep the team motivated and ready to deliver top-notch service.
    • Hands-OnWork – From mixing signature cocktails, running food, speaking to customers to keeping the day to daysmooth and fun.
    • Setting the Vibe – Be the standard of service and atmosphere, so every shift is memorable.
    • Team Coaching – Support the growth of your team's skills, confidence, and fun factor.
    • Collaborating with Managers – Work with senior staff to make smart moves and keep things fresh.

    Back in 2007, Loren joined Richard's crazy dream of transforming an old pub into something special—and Chilled Pubs was born. Fast-forward to today, and we've got 7 stunning pubs, 500+ team members, an award-winning menu, and even 7 alpacas (yes, real ones). With 20 pubs in our sights, we're growing fast, and you can grow with us
